After School Activities for Term 1

6th Sep 2023

A chairde,

We are delighted to have finalised our afterschool activities from Sept. 11th up to and including Friday 27th October. Please note that the schedule has changed from last year and you must read the following carefully. All dates and clubs will be posted to the school calendar.

1. The clubs below are for P2-P3 from 2pm to 3pm. The P4-P7 pupils can attend the 3pm to 4pm sessions. P1s will start clubs after Hallowe'en.

2. All activities (where required) must be paid in full to the external providers directly. The school cannot and will not process payments for these providers. You are also reminded that all correspondence regarding the clubs should be directed to the providers and not the school.

3. The Gaelic coaching on a Friday for P4-P7 is FREE OF CHARGE thanks to the amazing support of Ballyhegan Davitt's GFC and it will run all year.

4. Every after-school activity will commence with a roll call for safeguarding purposes so that we know who has stayed after school and who has went on home. If your child is not on the pre-registered list then they will not be permitted to participate; and

5. Parents must inform the school by sending in a note, if their son/daughter will not attend a club that they are registered for.

The arrangements for this term are as follows and you must register with the service provider using the links provided.

Tuesday - Soccer from 2pm-3pm and 3pm - 4pm with Healthy Kidz - Coach Conán

Go raibh maith agaibh,

Mr. Galvin
