Celebrating Green Day
On Thursday 15th March our school turned green for Green Day. Everyone wore something green to school (and if they forgot, Mrs McCann had a bag full of accessories to ensure everyone had a little green about them). There was also wonderful art work dedicated to St Patrick on display in the school hall.
The pupils, parents and staff were privileged to watch the P6/7 children perform various pieces to celebrate St Patrick. We had poetry, music, singing and Irish dancing as well as hearing about the story of St Patrick. We are extremely proud of our talented pupils.
We hope everyone enjoyed the day.
