As part of their current topic Weather, Primary two have been learning about rain.
During their play sessions,children scattered paint and made beautiful collage umbrellas. They used rainbow crayons to create colourful pictures.
In the water area there was a chance to experiment with different objects to create different flows of rain.
The children played memory games which involved finding pairs of animals to put on Noah’s Ark. They also used different materials to make ark representations.
The children finished their week with making rain gauges and taking part in a waterproof experiment to see which material would make the best umbrella.
