Pupils in P.1 celebrated Pancake Tuesday on the 5th March. We used eggs, flour and buttermilk to make the pancakes. We mixed the ingredients together in a bowl with everyone helping with the whisking. We then carefully poured the mixture on to the pan to cook. Children then added the toppings of their choice and enjoyed their tasty treats.
