The boys and girls had an absolute ball today in school celebrating and getting ready for Halloween. There was everything from a spooky Halloween parade to a creative writing and art competition, where everybody created a Halloween themed piece of work that was shared around the school, with prizes awarded to the spookiest and most creative in each class.
The afternoon gave us all a chance to relax in the classes with Halloween parties before everyone headed off home at 3 o’clock to get ready for the 2nd part of our fun day which is the Friends of St. Oliver Plunkett’s P.S. Halloween Disco. It promises to be as fun and exciting an event as in previous years and the doors open at 6.45pm tonight in the Pastoral Centre.
