In the past few weeks, P.1 have had the opportunity to explore ‘more and less’ in terms of Capacity. Pupils used plastic jugs of similar size and investigated the weight and visual of having more water in one jug and less in the second.
Pupils have also been consolidating their knowledge of 2D shape by designing and making their own shape pictures/patterns Pupils were then introduced to some 3D shapes and had the opportunity to build with these as well as some of our 3D wooden blocks.
