P4 To Celebrate First Holy Communion

3rd May 2024
Everyone at the school wishes our P4 boys and girls all the very best for tomorrow morning when they will celebrate their First Holy Communion. After weeks of fabulous hard work and preparation, everyone is raring to go and excitement is building for the big day. We hope the pupils all get a great night's sleep tonight and have a wonderful day tomorrow.

For anyone attending the ceremony, we remind you that the school's Digital Imagery Policy does not allow for private photographers to be inside the chapel at anytime during the service. Brendan Black is the official school photographer and will be onsite in the morning if you want professional photos taken. Families are welcome to take photographs of their own sons/daughters but please do not upload or share them online if any other pupils are in the foreground/background. If photos appear online in breach of this policy, then the school may ask for, and expect, the photos to be taken down. Your support in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

And finally, on Tuesday 7th May, the boys/girls of P4, P5, P6 and P7 will be in Stonebridge Pastoral centre to practice for the upcoming Mass of Remembrance for Mairead Kerr. Please drop all P4-P7 pupils off at the Pastoral centre from 8.50am onwards. The pupils will be brought back to school in time for lunch as normal. If any pupils still want to use the Morning Supervision Club then send them into school from 8am and they will be brought to the Pastoral Centre in staff vehicles at 9am.

Go raibh maith agaibh,

Mr. Galvin
