Such a busy week in Primary 1. We are using our knowledge of sounds to complete some initial sound work and to begin some word building activities. We also started our new WAU topic - Day, Night, Colour and Light. We have been investigating light, dark and colours through various play activities. We also identified some light sources. We finished off the week discussing the fact that the sun is a light source during the day. We took the opportunity to learn the song ‘Mr Sun’ and we added our own percussion instruments to perform the song for our class. We hope you enjoy the photos and videos.
